The Reverend Sheila R. Wallace is an associate pastor at the Elim Christian Fellowship of Buffalo, New York, and it is here where she dedicates her time and commitment, serving her church wherever they may be in need. As it is her primary role to serve as the pastor of "Women of Captivation" women's ministry, God has opened the hearts and minds of many women through Sheila.
Reverend Wallace's call to ministry came at an early age however, it was the "Morning Prayer Revival"; established in 1996 by The Right Reverend T. Anthony Bronner, Senior Pastor of Elim Christian Fellowship, that awakened the call which had been set upon her life.
Determined to carry out this special assignment given to her by God, she took the necessary steps to gain her license to preach in 2002 and thereafter was ordained in 2003. She is currently a second career pastor, who acknowledges that her life and spiritual growth have been guided by God's awesome power.�
She�holds a Bachelor of Science degree in�Consumer and Family Studies, from the State University of New York at Buffalo , and furthered her education, by obtaining�a Master of Divinity Degree from TheNortheastern Seminary in Rochester , New York in 2003.
In 2005 she retired from a multifaceted career in the Buffalo Police Department, after having served in law enforcement for nearly a quarter of a century. However she is able to continue her service to the department as the first African-American female Police Chaplain.
In 2001, she founded "Laying Aside Weights," motivational presentations. She is a creative herald that enthusiastically purveys God's Word from pulpits, in market place arenas, and in multimedia venues, to incite change. She has a special way of bringing the Bible to life, as she enters into the personality of biblical characters, conveying clarity of scripture and promoting adoration for God at conferences and retreats. She says "…let us run with perseverance the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith ….!" (Heb 12:1-2)
Pastor Betty P. Williams is a native of Buffalo, New York. She was educated at the State University of New York at Buffalo with an emphasis in Religious and Judaic Studies. She enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1977 and served eight years stateside and overseas on active duty. In 1984, she acknowledged her call to the Christian ministry and in 1985 was honorably discharged to pursue�
full-time ministry.
Pastor Williams was licensed to preach in 1985 in the African Methodist Episcopal Church and has gained extensive ministerial experience as a Campus Minister and lecturer at the State University of New York at Buffalo, the Educational Opportunity Center and Pastor of Ministry Development at the Calvary Baptist Church. Ordained to the work of the pastorate in January 1998, she has served as the Pastor of Pastoral Care, Pastor of Women's Ministry and Director of the Sound of the Genuine Institute under the leadership of the Senior Pastor, T. Anthony Bronner.
Pastor Williams is the founder of New Wine Covenant Ministries, Inc. a ministry of transformation, restoration and renewal, dedicated to offering a wide range of ministry resources that promotes spiritual maturity, and provides leadership development seminars that culminate in church growth.
Pastor Williams is married to Mr. Eugene A. Williams, the mother of two adult children; Chandra Daile and Benjamin Matthew, and the proud grandmother of three energetic grandsons; Xavier, Anthony and�Benjamin.
Pastor Benjamin R. Cox was born in Detroit Michigan and later relocated with his family to Rochester, New York. He gave his life to Christ in 1990 at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. After becoming a member of Zion Hill, Benjamin joined the Project Spirit Ministry. The Ministry gives Christian's guidance on alcohol and drug dependency deliverance and Christian living. Shortly after joining this ministry, Benjamin was called to be a Deacon where he served on the Deacon Board for several years.
Pastor Cox enrolled in the Rochester Institute of Christian Education where he graduated with Honors in 1996. He was licensed to preach in October 1997 by his father in the ministry, Rev. Samuel McCree, Jr. Under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner, Pastor Cox was ordained in April 2005. Currently he serves as the director and facilitator of the Men's Discipleship Ministry of Elim Christian Fellowship in Rochester, New York.
Master in Theology degree. She also holds a Bachelor of Sociology degree with a minor in Criminal Justice from Roberts Wesleyan College, as well as an Associate degree in Liberal Arts from Monroe Community College.
Pastor Wilson was ordained in November 2005 and currently serves at Elim Christian Fellowship Church as the leader of the Women's Praise Dance Ministry, Flag Ministry and Director of the Jail and Prison Ministry in Rochester, New York. Pastor Wilson has been employed at the Rochester Housing Authority for the past five years.

Pastor Betty Jiles, born in Lakeland, Florida is the loving wife of Robert Jiles. Together they have two beautiful children, Tamara and Robert.
Pastor Jiles made her commitment to Christ as a teenager. While growing up in the church she developed a heart for music and worship singing in the choir, and operating as praise and worship leader. Under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner Pastor Jiles was ordained in November 2006.
Pastor Betty is the visionary of Last Days Harvest Christian Fellowship with a God-ordained mandate to impact the world with the gospel of Jesus the Christ. She is committed to empowering people with wisdom, truth, and practical strategies to reach their full potential in Christ as well as taking the Gospel to a lost and hurting world as she builds people of purpose, power, and praise. As a result believers are encouraged, motivated, and challenged, and non-believers are compelled to embrace salvation.

Pastor Nathaniel McFarland is a native of Rochester, New York. He has been employed with Xerox Corporation for the past 13 years. He graduated from the Teen Challenge Program in November of 1990 and attended the (RICE) Rochester Institute of Christian Education School for which he received a Bible Certificate for Advanced Church Ministries. He ministers at the Orleans Correctional Facility and is also a liaison for the Rochester Teen Challenge. He also attended the Sound of the Genuine Biblical Institute where he received his Certificate of Completion
Pastor McFarland was called to the Ministry in 1993 and received his license to preach in December of 1993 at the Mount Vernon Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. J.D Jackson Sr. He received his Certificate of Ordination in January 2002 at the Aenon Missionary Baptist under the leadership of Rev. James L. Cherry Sr. and under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner April 2007.
Pastor McFarland currently serves as the director and facilitator of the Discipleship and Evangelism Ministry of Elim Christian Fellowship in Rochester, New York. His additional responsibilities include, Keep Watch Ministry, Pre-Marital Counseling, and Marriage Ministry.
Pastor McFarland is currently married to the former Nancy Levert. They are blessed with six children and seventeen grandchildren.

Pastor Clarke has faithfully served in ministry for the past eighteen years, under the leadership of Bishop T. Anthony Bronner. Pastor Reed has been elevated to three different offices of the Church. In 1998 he was ordained to the office of the Deaconate; in 2000 he was licensed to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, at which time he began his academic studies at Houghton College where he would graduate with honors in 2004. In 2005 he continued his biblical studies at Northeastern Seminary; and in 2007 he was one of the first Elders ordained at ECF; and in 2008 he graduated from the seminary with an earned Masters Degree of Divinity. Pastor Reed is a devoted student and teacher of the Holy Scriptures. II Peter 3:18, But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever. Pastor Sylvia Walker is a native of Philadelphia, PA. She �completed three years of study at the Central Urban Theology in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Sound of the Genuine Biblical Institute Northeastern Seminary of Rochester, New York. She also served with the Pastoral Care Department of University of Pennsylvania Medical Center.
Pastor Walker preached her initial sermon and was licensed for the gospel ministry at the New Kingdom Baptist Church in Philadelphia, PA in 1994. She has since then been ordained as Elder in April 2007 under the leadership of her son, Bishop T. Anthony Bronner. Currently, Pastor Walker is active in the Morning Prayer Ministry, the Prison Ministry, she teaches Noon day Bible Study and is also over the Senior Care Ministry.�
Pastor Walker is married to Charles B. Walker, Sr. Together they are the proud parents of Troy, Charles, Gail and Chanda, and the loving grandparents of six.

The Pastoral Staff of ELIM Christian Fellowship carries out the spirit of the Bishop by assisting and meeting the needs of the church body through such functions as: baptism, weddings, funerals communion, baby dedications, preaching & teaching, spiritual guidance and counseling, and premarital and marital counseling. Other responsibilities include overseeing and providing leadership over specific ministries including but not limited to: women’s ministry, men’s ministry, youth ministry, prison ministry, prayer ministry, and praise and worship.
